Neurodivergent Care
Maybe you know for sure that you're neurodivergent, or perhaps you suspect that you are and you've gone undiagnosed all these years. Whatever your neurodivergent journey, you're probably feeling burnt out.
Living with issues associated with conditions like autism or ADHD makes life extremely difficult, especially without proper accomodations or support.
Most people who seek professional help do so when they feel like things have become unmanageable. Most of the time people call me or e-mail me and they may or may not know why but they are struggling with things like:
- Cognitive Challenges:
- Difficulty thinking, problem-solving, making decisions
- Trouble starting or finishing tasks
- Losing focus or struggling to concentrate
- Emotional Challenges:
- Mood Swings or Irritability
- Difficulty managing emotions
- Feeling mentally drained or depleted
- Social Challenges:
Withdrawing socially or self-isolating
Feeling like engaging with loved ones takes too much energy
Finding it difficult to engage in conversations
Sensory & Physical Challenges:
- Increased sensitivity to noises, textures, smells, or sights
- Seeking sensory input more (e.g., snacking, bingeing, self-harm)
- New sensitivities to certain food
Many people feel very emotional when they review that list and realize that others experience these things as well. Many neurodivergent folx hold the belief that something is wrong with them because of the way the world has responded to their difficulties.
You are fine just the way you are.
Whether you’re navigating ADHD, autism, or general neurodivergent burnout, I can help you build coping strategies and reclaim your energy.
